Saturday Giveaway: Autographed copy of DIVERGENT!

Hey guys,

So as you know, I've been going to a gazillion events over the last few months. And there have been a LOT of free books to take home. I tried to be good -- really I did!  But I ended up with just TOO MANY BOOKS and my bookcases are overflowing.

SO... I've decided to start doing some giveaways leading up to the launch of SCORCHED! Some of the books will be autographed by the authors themselves. Some will be advanced copies of books not yet in store. ALL will be awesome.

I figured it was best to start out with a bang! So giveaway #1 is going to be a SIGNED paperback copy of DIVERGENT by the lovely Veronica Roth. I was fortunate to briefly meet Veronica at the RT Convention this year and she was extremely lovely. I can't wait for the movie!

Obviously you'd have to be living under a rock to not know Divergent, but just in case--here's a cover/description for you. And the Rafflecopter giveaway is below! Enter early and often and may the odds be EVER IN YOUR FAVOR!! (OK wrong book, but I couldn't resist!)

In Beatrice Prior's dystopian Chicago, society is divided into five factions, each dedicated to the cultivation of a particular virtue—Candor (the honest), Abnegation (the selfless), Dauntless (the brave), Amity (the peaceful), and Erudite (the intelligent). On an appointed day of every year, all sixteen-year-olds must select the faction to which they will devote the rest of their lives. For Beatrice, the decision is between staying with her family and being who she really is—she can't have both. So she makes a choice that surprises everyone, including herself.
During the highly competitive initiation that follows, Beatrice renames herself Tris and struggles to determine who her friends really are—and where, exactly, a romance with a sometimes fascinating, sometimes infuriating boy fits into the life she's chosen. But Tris also has a secret, one she's kept hidden from everyone because she's been warned it can mean death. And as she discovers a growing conflict that threatens to unravel her seemingly perfect society, she also learns that her secret might help her save those she loves . . . or it might destroy her.

I have lots that I want to read, but haven't yet read. One I have read and loved was The Giver by Lois Lowry because I read it with my son. We both loved it and many discussions on it :)

I need to read the rest of them with him, but his friends take priority at summer break :)

Although I absolutely LOVED DIVERGENT, and just read THE HUNGER GAMES and loved it too, my favorite dystopian novel is (and probably hallways will be) BRAVE NEW WORLD. Perhaps it's because it's one of the first dystopian I ever read, but so far, nothing has surpassed it for me. Thanks for this amazing giveaway!! (Although, if I'm 100% honest - and this is NOT blowing smoke - I'd actually rather have an autographed copy of SCORCHED!!! I soooooo cannot wait to read it!!)

Gah! I love the Divergent series. :D

My favorite dystopian I think is Blood Red Road. It was so strange and original. I haven't read the other in the series yet but I really enjoyed Blood Red Road.

Oh, but now I think about it, I believe The Selection series is considered dystopian.
So I'll change my answer to The Selection. I completely love that series.
